SYS for FreeDOS(98)

This SYS command is for FreeDOS(98). it is diffrent from original FreeDOS's SYS beacuse I wrote it from zero. But I think you can use it without some troubles beacuse FreeDOS's SYS do not have any option. :)
Now, it cannot copy system files from boot drive. It is look like TSYS that is contained by FreeDOS(98) sources.
